Neck Work to Build a Complete Package

Many people are afraid of doing neck work but done properly it actually prevents injury and doesn’t have to take long.

I usually perform one set of each position for 10-20 repetitions. I’ve noticed a big difference in my traps; I don’t carry as much tension there as I did before I resumed the neck work I did when I was training as a fighter.
